Police accused of shooting Belize City man

By BBN Staff: A Belize City resident contacted Breaking Belize News moments ago, alleging that Police have shot a man near the corner of Tigres and Dean street.

Officers were on the scene loading an apparently injured man into a mobile and carrying him off around 11 o’clock.

BBN is seeking clarification from the Belize Police Department as to what transpired and will update shortly.
