Clint Geban and Leroy Brown charged for robbery

BBN Staff: Last Thursday there was a report of an armed robbery at a butane gas depot at miles 2 on the George Price Highway in Belize City.

At around 2 p.m., two men rode on separate bicycles and entered the compound.

One of the men carried a gas tank pretending to purchase butane.

However, when he got close to the driver of the butane truck, he pulled out a weapon and demanded cash.

BBN has today learned that Clint Geban and Leroy Brown have been charged for the robbery.

They are to be taken to court today.
