Man who allegedly raped cell mate to be charged

By BBN Staff: Last week we reported that a 21 year old prisoner at the central prison in Hattieville had been sodomized by his cell mate on two separate occasions.

The incidents date back to November 24 and November 29.

A medical form classified his injuries as harm.

Police today revealed that the accused cell mate will be charged with two counts of unnatural act.

Police say he will also be taken to court but did not provide a definite date.
