43 year old man charged for sodomizing cell mate, 21

By BBN Staff: A 43 year old inmate at the Kolbe foundation has been charged with (2) two counts of unnatural crime and (1) one count of harm.

His charges come after his cell mate, a 21 year old man reported that he had been sodomized twice.

Police say that the alleged perpetrator who was charged on Friday awaits a removal order in order to appear before the court where he will be  arraigned.
