By BBN Staff: Today, the Ministry of Health issued an advisory informing the public that during the cool month of December, Health Centers across Belize experience increased instances of persons suffering from the flu.
The Ministry of Health advises parents to ensure that they vaccinate their children with flu shots.
Vaccination can increase children’s ability to fight off the flu and other common ailments.
The Influenza vaccine is free of cost and is available at most health centers across the country.
