Orange Walk man dies in hit and run

BBN Staff: Yesterday morning, Orange Walk police responded to reports of a hit and run accident on the Belize Corozal road.

At the scene, police saw Richard Canti, 34, of Chan Pine Ridge village, Orange Walk district with head and body injuries.

Police investigations reveal that sometime after 5:00 a.m., Canti was riding to work when he was hit from behind by an unknown vehicle.
