Ashcroft’s jet crashes in Malta

Posted: Friday, December 29, 2017. 11:38 am CST.

BBN Staff: A plane owned by Lord Michael Ashcroft was blown off a runaway in Malta and thereafter collided into a building.

International media outlets reported that the plane was parked on an airport loading area at the Malta International Airport in Malta on Wednesday night.

It was reportedly blown by strong winds which sent its nose smashing into a local construction company’s building.

The building only suffered minor damages.

The plane, identified as a Dassault Falcon 7X was unmanned at the time according to international media outlets.

The aircraft was registered in Belize.

When asked if the plane was his, however, Ashcroft responded via social media, “Noooo”.
