Corozal police find gun and ammo

BBN Staff: On  Friday, around 10:20 a.m., Corozal police conducted a search in an empty lot on 7th Avenue Extension in the White Cocal Area.

Police found a black plastic bag containing a black .9mm pistol with markings TISAS and one magazine.

No one was in the area at the time.

The  firearm was taken to the police station and was labeled and deposited as found property.
