Attorney General preparing documents for Andrew Bennett extradition

BBN Staff: According to reports from News 5, the Office of the Attorney General has completed the documents for the extradition process of wanted attorney Andrew Bennett.

Last week, news broke that Bennett is wanted in the US on money laundering charges.

The documents now await the signature of Foreign Minister Wilfred Elrington.

Elrington is to sign off on the documents today.

The official documents will then be sent to Chief Magistrate Sharon Frazer who will issue a warrant for Bennett’s arrest.
