By BBN Staff: The man accused of killing his mother with a crowbar, Andy Rhaburn, is still on the run.
The incident occurred in Carmelita Village, Orange Walk on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Rhaburn had a history of unstable behavior.
Yesterday, police informed that Orange Walk police had visited the residence several times prior due to his erratic behavior but no official report was ever made against him.
Assistant Commissioner of Police, Jospeh Myvette said police are following every lead to locate Rhaburn.
When asked if Rhaburn is considered armed and dangerous, Myvette replied that he is dangerous but he is unsure if having a crow bar means he is armed: “I do not know that he would be considered armed just to be with the crowbar but I know that some care must be exercised whenever he is seen.”
Police are asking for public assistance in locating Rhaburn.
