By BBN Staff: Yesterday police confirmed that the DNA results of the burnt remains discovered last May confirm the remains were those of Pamela Lino.

Assistant Superintendent Alejandro Cowo told the media yesterday that the file has been completed and police are waiting on directives to proceed with the file.

A burnt corpse was found in the back seat of Lino’s Kia Sportage on the morning of May 2, 2017 near Mile 22 on the George Price highway. The vehicle was engulfed in flames.

The vehicle was involved in a high speed chase after it made abrupt U-turn just before the Hattieville checkpoint that morning.
