Belize city cops take illegal gun and weed off streets

BBN Staff: Yesterday evening, members of the Crime Investigation Branch (CIB) support unit visited an abandoned bushy lot on Pitts Alley, Belize City.

There, cops found a Valor Corp .25 pistol containing an empty magazine.

Police also found a black plastic bag with 119.8 grams (1/4 pound) of weed.

No one was found in the immediate area.

All items were deposited as found property.
