The incident allegedly happened when Henry was out on bail for the murder of Lord Jr. For this incident , Henry pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of $4,000.

Last week Henry’s step son, Kiffer McKenzie, and common-law- wife, Melissa Major, were also arraigned for this incident.
