Security guard arraigned for stabbing co-worker

BBN Staff: On Thursday morning, Kenrick Valencio, 34, a security guard was stabbed in front of the Novelo’s bus terminal in Belize city by his co-worker.

On Friday, John Brackett, Valencio’s colleague, was charged for attempted murder.

When he appeared in court, no plea was taken and he was remanded to prison.

Police revealed that the motive for the stabbing was a misunderstanding hours before, at the Princess Casino where both men had been employed.
