Mark King threatens to sue Moses Sulph over Facebook post

BBN Staff: Former Lake Independence Area Representative, Mark King, is threatening to sue long time activist Moses Sulph over a Facebook post made about King’s security company, Brints Security, on January 18th. 

In the post Sulph made bold allegations that King was exploiting his workers. According to King’s attorney, Estevan Perrera the statements are untrue and libelous. 

As a result, Sulph has been instructed to make an apology to King via Facebook and to express in writing that he will not repeat the allegations.

 Additionally, Sulph has been asked to cover King’s legal fees in the sum of $3,000 and to pay King $10,000 for the injuries to his reputation.

 If Sulph fails to meet these demands by February 19th, King’s legal team will initiate a legal proceeding against him.
