By BBN Staff: On Wednesday the Orange Walk Magistrate Court determined that there was enough evidence to proceed with a case against Hilmar Alamilla.
Alamilla will appear in the northern session of the Supreme Court in April.
He was charged with the July 2017 murder of his friend Danny Sosa.
Sosa, Alamilla, and two other men were inside Alamilla’s car when Sosa was shot in the head.
One month later, another man who was inside the vehicle, Gustavo Hernandez, was also shot dead.
