Belize listed as picture-perfect place for retirement

According to the new publication by CNBC, retiring in a foreign country doesn’t have to require learning a new language.

The article explains that Belize is the only English speaking nation in Central America and the native language is Kriol. “They appreciate foreigners attempt to learn the language,” it adds.

It also boasts of Belize’s Barrier reef, the second largest in the world and its 450 islands which makes it perfect for fishing and kayaking.
