Political parties bring out support for nomination day

BBN Staff: Today is Nomination day for both major political parties across the municipalities of Belize.

The United Democratic Party and the People’s United Party today nominated their slates to contest the upcoming municipal elections on March 7, 2018.

In Belize City, the PUP and UDP nominated their candidates for a Mayor and councilors.

In the other municipalities, one Mayoral candidate for each party along with 6 councilor candidates were nominated.

Both major political parties brought out their supporters in the municipalities.
