Two convicted for murder of Sylvan Roberts Jr.

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, the two men accused of murdering Ultrasound technician, Sylvan Roberts Jr., were convicted.

Donovan Casildo and Brian Clarke were found guilty of the murder. Casildo was sentenced to life in prison and Clarke was sentenced to 18 years.

Roberts was killed in a home invasion at his Hillview home on December 23, 2013. At the time of the invasion, Roberts’ wife and his two young daughters were at home.

The culprits made off with $50 on the night of the robbery.
