Posted: Wednesday, March 14, 2018. 8:13 a.m. CST.

By BBN Staff: Miracle Ojo,16, was at a friend’s pool party at the Pickwick Club on Saturday where she met her tragic death.

Ojo was given permission to stay at the party until 3:00 in the afternoon, however, around midday, someone informed her father that she was missing.

According to reports, the parents went to the pool but since there were no lifeguards present, no-one jumped in to search the pool.

Four hours after the search for Ojo began, Justin Usher and another volunteer searched the pool and found her lifeless body.

She was transported to the KHMH where she died around 5:00 p.m.

Her father is requesting that police review the surveillance cameras to find out what happened. Also there is no word on why the Pickwick didn’t have any lifeguards present at their pool, which reportedly reaches a depth of up to 12 feet. Some reports indicate that the establishment does not employ the use of lifeguards. It is also unclear how no-one noticed Ojo drowning in the pool at what was reported to be a crowded party.
