Belize City Police: Emil Audinett shot at his home multiple times

By BBN Staff: Belize City police are investigating a murder that happened last night in the old capital.

According to reports, yesterday around 6:55 PM, police visited the K.H.M.H. where they saw the lifeless body of a young man.

The man was identified as Emil Fernando Audinett, 29, and he had multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

Police investigations revealed that about 6:50 p.m., while Audinett and his common-law wife were sitting in their living room, a man went to the entrance of their home and fired several gunshots at Audinett.

Audinett succumbed to the injuries he sustained.

Police are investigating.
