Decomposed body found in Trio Village, Southern Belize

By BBN Staff: The body of a Guatemalan man was found early this morning in a decomposed state.

The discovery was made just before 5 a.m. in Trio Village which is  4 miles away from the Junction with the Southern Highway.

The man was seen in a drain on the right hand side of the road when heading towards the Southern Highway.

Although his body was decomposed, police were able to observe apparent stab wounds to his chest.
