Man succumbs to gunshot injuries

BBN Staff: Berkeley street resident, Fabio Paredes, succumbed to his injuries at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) early this morning.

Two days ago he was socializing along with several men at the corner of Kelly street and Hunter lane when two men on a bicycle rode by and opened fire.

Paredes was shot multiple times and was listed in a critical condition.

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Alejandro Cowo, explained that the shooting was as a result of a gang rivalry.

No one has yet been arrested.
