By BBN Staff: Yesterday evening around 5:00, police responded to a report of a house fire in Eldridge village, Toledo district.
There, police saw a two story wooden building with zinc roofing, measuring 12 by 16 feet completely engulfed in flames.
Seynida Cofius, 39, of Poppy Show Road, Eldridge village, reported that around 8:30 a.m., she left her house secured and around 5:15 p.m., she was informed that her house was on fire.
The value of the damage has not yet been ascertained and the cause of fire is yet to be determined.
Police are investigating.
