Early morning murder in San Pedro town

He has been identified as Lee Roy Haylock, 22, a maintenance worker of the San Mateo area.

According to police reports, sometime after midnight, screams were heard coming
from an abandoned lot in an area north of San Pedro Town.

When police visited the area, they found Haylock face down with cut wounds to the throat.

In the immediate  area officers retrieved a small knife with blood which is believed to have been used in his murder.

 Police investigation continues.
