By BBN Staff: The University of Belize (UB) will be adding four new courses to its list of local programs.
One such program is an Undergraduate Degree in Applied Agriculture.
Previously this degree had only existed at the Associate Degree level.
Additionally, UB will be reforming its Undergraduate Degree in Biology.
According to a statement, this will better prepare students for the changing world around them.
Furthermore, the university will introduce a four year undergraduate degree in Statistics.
This, according to the university, is to fill society’s needs.
Lastly, the university intends to make available a one-year certificate in Geographical Information System (GIS).
