Lorena Zaldana, owner of Hospitality Training Services (HTS) says that the company provides support to tourism stakeholders: “ I feel the advantage we have is that while there are many training options, the programs we offer through AHLEI are standardized programs used by luxury brands like the Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, Wyndham etc, all brands that are setting up shop in Belize.  The training company was started in an effort to provide much needed support to the tourism stakeholders and hospitality workforce in order to elevate the standards of services we provide to compete with other luxury travel destinations.”
