Calcutta villagers busted with contraband beers

BBN Staff: This morning around 8:30,  officers from the Special Branch Unit along with Corozal police intercepted a van driven at the time by Norberto Dionicio Gutierrez,34, along with passenger Rosenda Gonzalez, 31, both of  Calcutta Village.

When authorities searched the van, they found 20 cases of contraband beers.

Police then impounded the vehicle.

Guiterrez and Gonzalez were both detained pending charges.
