Security guard charged for raping student in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Police have formally arrested and charged Ryan Neal for ‘Grievous Harm’ and ‘Unlawful Sexual Intercourse’ yesterday.

Neal is being accused of raping a 14-year-old high school student of Belize City where he was employed as a security guard.

According to police reports, the teenage girl and her father reported the incident to police on Thursday.

On April 9, 2018, Neal reportedly called the student to the third floor of the school building and inside a classroom he raped her.

On Wednesday, April 18, a medical examination was conducted where a medical examiner certified that she was carnally known and classified the injuries as “Grievous Harm”.

Police are investigating.
