Man receives bail for death of Daniel Urbina

BBN Staff:  Over the weekend, Daniel Urbina, 25, lost his life in a fatal road traffic accident.

Today, police charged Ever Hosmel Uk,  of Guinea Grass Village with the offenses of “Manslaughter by Negligence,” “Caused death by careless conduct,” ”Drove Without  due care and attention” and  “Contravention to road service permit.”

This afternoon, Uk appeared in the Orange Walk Magistrate  Court where he received bail in the sum of $6000.00 plus a surety of the same amount.

The case was adjourned until June 11.
