By BBN Staff: Today numerous customers reported having issues using Belize Telemedia Ltd’s network. Customers reported that DSL, LTE and e-mail services were all affected.
Some customers told BBN that they began experiencing issues as early as yesterday. Some complained of not having access their BTL.net accounts despite trying to log in several time from different devices.
Even on the BTL website, customers trying to log in reported they were unable to do so.
A source from BTL indicated to BBN that the company is aware of the situation and are working to resolve the issue, however, a number of customers have reported that they are still currently experiencing issues with their BTL service.
