Belize City student dies from stab wound

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating the stabbing that caused the death of a Belize City student.

The incident occurred on Saturday night around 6:00. Arkel August,15, was playing basketball at Cumberbatch court on Caesar Ridge Road when another 15-year-old minor walked up to him and stabbed him with a pocket knife.

Yesterday, August succumbed to the injury.

Police are investigating.
