Crooked Tree Cashew Festival coming soon

By BBN Staff: The annual Crooked Tree Cashew Festival and Agricultural show will be held this year on May 12^th and 13^th.

Crooked Tree, which is known as the cashew heartland of the country, hosts the festival with each year grander than the previous. The festival includes all things cashew, from nuts to wine and jelly.

Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the Crooked Tree Cashew Festival as there will be many activities. A pageant will be held on the Friday night to crown the Ms. Cashew Queen with a dance following after.

There will also be many different types of games, music, and local art to celebrate the abundance of delicious cashew. There will also be wine drinking competitions, greasy pole competitions and horseback riding.
