Miguel Ayala loses his life in traffic accident

BBN Staff: Yesterday, BBN reported on a collision of three vehicles near Mile 33 on the George Price highway.

Two pick up trucks were seen in the bush on the side of the highway. A BATSUB trucks was totaled and the driver lost his life as a result of the accident.

According to police, two of the vehicles were traveling to the direction of Belize City and one was traveling in the direction of Belmopan when a collision occurred and resulted in the death of Miguel Ayala from Valley of Peace, Cayo.

Ayala was transporting meat to a meat shop in Belize city, as he normally did in his over 20 years of work with the business.

Police are yet to levy charges on the other drivers.
