Orange Walk man beaten badly now on life support

By BBN Staff: Orange Walk police are investigating the brutal beat down of a man from Trial Farm village.

Yesterday police arrested and charged Leodegario Chan, 26; Carlos Westby, 24, and Delthran Perez, 28 , of Trial Farm with the  crime of ‘dangerous harm’.

The incident occurred two weeks ago, when Demetrio Patt was in the passenger seat and his brother crashed into a parked car in Trial Farm.

The owner of the car along with two other men beat up the two brothers.

Patt, however, sustained major injuries as a result and was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) for medical treatment.

Patt is now on life support at the KHMH.
