By BBN Staff:The Ministry of Natural Resources today issued a notice to all Justices of the Peace.

The ministry says it has been notified that certain JP’s are charging the public to provide services in relation to completing applications at the Lands Department.

The public is advised that this is act is illegal and they should not be made to pay any fee for the services of any JP.


JP’s caught charging people will be reported to the Attorney General for appropriate action.
