Guinea Grass man chopped to the head last night

According to police, the victim has been identified as Aurelio Armando Pop 20, of Guinea Grass.

Investigations revealed that Pop and another man had a misunderstanding in front of a restaurant and as a result he was chopped to the head with a machete.

He was transported to the Northern Regional Hospital and has since been discharged from the medical center. His injuries are classified as wounding.

Police are investigating.
