Belizean officials meet with Canadian commercial corporation

By BBN Staff:  Minister of Transport and National Emergency Management, Edmond Castro, headed a team of Belizean officials that met yesterday in Belmopan with a visiting delegation from Canada.

The Canadian delegations include representatives from the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) and a Canadian construction company, JV Driver.

CCC is a Canadian government corporation offering prime contracting for government to government contracts, among other services; and the JV Driver Group (established in 1989) through its different enterprises, provides a wide range of contractor and fabrication services and engineered products in these sectors.

The delegation is in Belize to meet with officials in order to discuss how the CCC works and discuss any interest from the Government of Belize in infrastructure or other large projects.
