Man shot in the head in Roaring Creek, Cayo

BBN Staff:  Last night at about 10:05, police responded to a shooting incident in Roaring Creek Village, Cayo District, where they found Eugene Alexander Henderson, 23, of Burrel Boom Village with an apparent gunshot wound to the head.

Police found Henderson lying on the sofa of his living room with sustainable injuries to his head.

According to reports, a man reportedly entered the home where Henderson was staying and pointed a gun towards his direction and fired a single shot resulting in his injuries.

He was transported to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) where he remains in a critical condition.

Police are investigating.
