The workshop will target 40 participants including clients of SBDCBelize and EXPORTBelize.
The workshop aims to strengthen the capacities of policy makers, business development organizations, support organizations and MSME business owners in developing and promoting business continuity planning as a key strategic mitigation measure in the event of a disaster.It will explore and provide a basic understanding of the requisite tools and techniques of business continuity management, utilizing a gender-neutral approach to enable MSMEs to mitigate against business risks consistent with climate change, and extreme weather conditions, such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
The workshop will be held at BTEC Enterprise Room at the ITVET compound on Freetown road, Belize city, on June 12-13from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
