Ministry of Education kicks off its Optimized Student Program

By BBN Staff:  Yesterday, the Ministry of Education officially launched day one of the Optimized Student Program for Standard Six Students in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship.

Sixty-one students and two teachers from Buttonwood Bay Nazarene Primary School in Belize city will benefit from the training.

The purpose of the proposed project is to design a program for standard six students that focuses on financial literacy and entrepreneurial skill building.

This training will prepare students for high school and their future careers.

The Ministry of Education thanks PricewaterhouseCoopers for its continued support and collaboration.
