By BBN Staff: Belmopan police are investigating the rape of an American student.
On Thursday, June 28, a 15-year-old American student of Hummingbird highway reported to police that she was raped by a man she knew.
According to the student, the incident happened twice, the first occasion on June 23 and again on the 27th.
Police investigations continue.
