17-year-old minor killed while socializing in Belize City

BBN Staff:  On Thursday, June 28, 2018, around 7:45 p.m., police responded to shots being fired on Lovely Lane, Belize City where they saw 17-year-old Warren Rudon suffering from a gunshot wound.

Rudon was shot to his neck, just below the chin and was transported to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he died from his injury.

He was reportedly socializing in the area and had left to go to a nearby shop to purchase cigarettes and while returning he was shot at.

The shooter then made his escape.
