Teakettle man arrested and charged for drug trafficking

By BBN Staff: Belmopan police have arrested and charged a Teakettle villager for having in his possession 119 grams of weed.

According to reports, last night around 10:30, police were on a patrol in Teakettle Village, Cayo District where they saw a man sitting under the bus stop.

Police conducted a search on the man who identified himself as Gabriel Vasquez, 25. He had in his possession 119 grams of weed.

As a result, he was arrested and charged with the offense of drug trafficking.
