SEA and Belize Audubon Society host Boat to Boat outreach

BBN Staff:  Today, the Southern Environmental Association (SEA) in collaboration with the Belize Audubon Society (BAS) conducted Boat to Boat outreach within the Southern Barrier Reef Complex in Southern Belize.

Over sixty fishers in Managed Access Area 3 learned to fill catch logbooks.

The fishers were also capacitated with the relevant fisheries regulations.

SEA extended gratitude to the BAS for the capacity building opportunity.

The techniques learned are key to improving SEA’s relationship with their stakeholders.
