BBN Staff:  Yesterday, the Belize Vision Center (BVC) issued a release informing the public that a ‘fake’ Facebook profile by the name of ‘Joe Stamp’ has been making false accusations against Ophthalmologist, Dr. Amin Hegar.

The BVC release states that their services offered is fully guaranteed and that no patient operated by Dr. Hegar has suffered any malpractice.

“We can assure our valued patients that their health has been the main priority and will continue to be,” the statement says.

Furthermore, the BVC urges the person behind the fake Facebook profile to state the information of the patient who he claims was the victim of malpractice.

BVC has served the Belizean public for over 30 years.
