BTL requesting shareholders to update contact information

BBN Staff: The Belize Telemedia Limited (BTL) is informing all shareholders that they are currently updating all contact information contained in the BTL Registry of Shareholders.

Pursuant to Article 135 of the Belize Telemedia Articles of Association, shareholders who elect to receive dividend payments by bank transfer may forward a completed ‘Request for Bank Transfer’ form to BTL.

All shareholders are asked to print and fill out all sections of the Shareholder Form by July 31, 2018.
