Justice of the Peace verification process ends

BBN Staff: The Attorney General’s Ministry informed today that the Justice of the Peace (JP) verification process has now ended.

Applications for verification will no longer be accepted.

Those persons who did not submit documents during the process have thereby relinquished their title of Justice of Peace and can no longer perform the duties of a JP.

Persons who have submitted their documents but are still awaiting a response are informed that they will receive their response by the end of this month.

The finalized list of Justices of the Peace will also be made public by the end of August.

The Ministry also informs that Albert Roches is no longer a JP.
