Police: Richard Foster was stabbed to death

BBN Staff:  The body of missing renowned nature filmmaker, Richard Foster was found last night in Belmopan.

Foster, a resident of Mile 28 ½ on the George Price highway was reported missing yesterday morning.

According to authorities, Foster’s home was found open and ransacked and his Toyota Hilux and 2 guns were missing from his home.

Yesterday evening, police found Foster’s vehicle in a bushy area in Mahogany Heights and last night around 8, they found Foster’s body in the Rivera area of Belmopan.

The body had multiple stab wounds and head injuries.

Foster’s body was transported to the Western Regional Hospital where it awaits a post-mortem examination.

Police are investigating.
