By BBN Staff: Orange Walk police have arrested 4 residents from Santa Martha, Orange Walk for ‘kept unlicensed firearm and ammunition’.
Yesterday, police were conducting a checkpoint when they searched a Ford F-150 pickup with 4 occupants.
Inside the vehicle, police found one 12-gauge shotgun along with six live cartridges.
Police arrested and charged, Noel Vasquez, 30; Claudio Herrera, 45; Ricard Patt 31; and Ermin Patt, 26, all of Santa Martha village.
The occupants were unable to produce a valid firearm license.
